When you request for a cancellation you will receive a confirmation email with a new reference ID. You need to take care of this email and it only acknowledges your request and it does not guarantee any refund as of now.
Your appeal will be given to the supplier who will decide upon your eligibility for the refund. The fees that we will charge to you as a service amount is completely non-refundable.
If your refund will be decided by the supplier then it will take approximately 60 to 90 days to come up in your account. It will come up in the original form of payment and sometimes you can take the help of a reference ID to track the status of your refund status. Both the suppliers like us and major service providers will charge cancellation fees.
This payable money will be applied per traveller and per ticket. Don't portray us and all the suppliers rigid about this policy and whenever you feel stuck somewhere then call us so that the representative can guide you.
