• For the multi-city trips, a service fee of up to $100 per passenger will be charged for trips that involve visiting various cities and returning from the final city.
• For the multi-airline trips or cities with high fraud rates, a service fee of up to $50 per passenger will be charged for these specific types.
• For certain airlines, there is a $40 fee per passenger.
• If you are flying to nearby airports and alternative date searches then a service fee of up to $50 per passenger will be charged for the services.
• For the fusion fares, fees of up to $100 per passenger will be charged.
• If the bookings are done through the customer support then online booking fees will be ranging from $10 to $200. The senior citizens will be charged a maximum of $100 and premium package benefits are included with these bookings.

You will be charged with the final total price that is quoted to you and it will be regardless of any changes in the fees. You need to review the final price carefully before confirming your booking.

Important Terms and Conditions:

Here is the area where all the key features related to your booking, refunds, cancellations and service amount is given. You need to read and understand very thoroughly so that your rights and responsibilities are reserved.

Related to the refunds and cancellations, they say that all of them are strictly subject to the specific fare rules, policies and procedures of the individual airlines. It is extremely important to know that most of the airline tickets that we sell are non-refundable.

You must be eligible for the refunds and whenever you will be then future credits will be handled on a passenger per-ticket basis. It clearly means that any service fees charged for a change, refund, cancellation or future credit will be applied to each individual passenger and each ticket in your booking.

Service Fees and Other Charges:

All of our ticketing services afterwards, the fee is non-refundable. These fees are separate from and in addition to any charges or amount imposed by the airline or any other supplier. You need to be aware that the service fees can be changed anytime without prior notice. The government imposed taxes and fees are also subject to modifications at any time. However, you will only be charged the final amount that is displayed to you at the time of booking. Whatever quotation was given to you by the agent will be payable to you only.

Special Services:

If there will be any request for special services from your side like specific meal options, assistance related to wheelchair or any other accommodations then you need to request beforehand. These requests are subject to the review and approval process of the respective airline. Please understand that if the airline will not be allowing us then we will not be able to proceed with the services.

For example you have asked us to travel with your pet but the particular airline does not even allow the pets. Even after paying the special or extra amount, we will not be able to help you. The request will also be taken care of if the specific fare rule will allow you to get the services. To make the story short, policies and procedures must be flexible enough to help you in getting the special services.

The special service fees will be charged once the service is provided and not before that. These fees will only be refunded if your request is officially denied by the airline.
