Types of Fare Classes:

There are three types of different fare classes:

• There are some specific dimensions that need to be taken care of and if the storage is full then your cabin baggage will be checked at the gate for free.
• For the checked baggage, only certain fares include it for free. The weight limit is 23 kgs for economy class and 32 for business class.
• If your luggage will be overweight then extra fees will be applied.

About the Check-in Policy:

• There are multiple ways in which the most convenient one is online or mobile check- in. It is available 48 hours up to 30 minutes before the departure and you can even select your seat and get a digital boarding pass through this.
• Some airports have self-service kiosks which will allow you to check-in and get your boarding passes without any fees.
• The offline option also consists of arriving at the airport with enough time and check- in at the counters which allows usually from 30 to 60 minutes before the departure.

Other Important Policies:

• Other important policies consist of cancellation and change policy and the ability to modify your flight and get a refund depending on your type of fare.
• Within 24 hours of booking, the cancellation is free and you will get a full refund if you cancel within this window.
• After a 24 hour window, the rules are a little bit rigid as the light or saver fares are non-refundable.
• The flexibility, comfort flex and business fares allow for changes or cancellations but with associated fees.
• When it comes to applying for the changes, name changes are not allowed but with some exceptions for minor mistyping errors for a fee.
